Special screw mount brackets clasp to VERTICAL wood balusters or "spires" on decks, fences and porches. Fits 1" to 1-1/2" square balusters / spires. It's perfect for bird feeders or hanging baskets. The bracket extends out 3-1/8" from spire. Hang point is 32" above hand rail, and 14" out from hand rail. The overall length of this hanger is 48". The brackets are made with specially formed 1/8" thick plate which provides "IRON CLAD" holding power for extreme 30# capacity - and importantly - are very easy to install with just a screw driver!
