Shipping and Returns

All regular orders weighing up to approximately 500lbs are shipped via FedEx Ground. When an order exceeds 200lbs FedEx provides us with a discount that we pass along to our dealers. 

Larger and palletized orders are typically shipped via common carrier. We negotiate the best possible rate for every individual palletized order. Pickup at our full size 53' loading dock is also offered and encouraged.
